Kings Custom Homes builds homes tailored to clients needs. We offer full warranties as per Ontario Legislation. At current Kings has numerous properties available on a rent to own basis. Shortly we will put more home designs and floor plans up on the website along with photos of homes as built. We currently have several homes under construction, which will be listed shortly on rent to own terms. In some cases at the end of the rental term the builder will provide mortgaging at competitive rates for up to 5 years.

Kings Properties for Lease
Kings currently has properties in numerous areas in Peterborough County, Kawartha Lakes, Hamilton Township (Bewdley/Cobourg), as well as Port Hope Ontario.
Kings has built and will continue to build exceptional homes, and make them available to the general public on a rent/lease to own basis, or in the alternative for sale under a new builder watchdog, approved by the Ontario Government, when this option comes available.
Kings has homes under construction, and once completed, will be available to the general public on a rent/lease to own basis. Available homes will have a minimum 75% of their rental/lease payments credited towards their down payment. At the end of the term, provided all payments are made, the tenant can purchase the home with 75%-100% of their rental/lease payments being credited as the down payment for the home, or credited towards the purchase price of the home. Kings will work with interested parties to obtain financing as well as rental/lease terms and length of rental/lease. More information with respect to the rent/lease to own program coming soon.
